Police raided Kate Hudson's Halloween party at 1am last Sunday morning.

Everything was ok once they realized that wasn't really Amy Winehouse!

The cops ordered the guests to keep the noise down and the party inside the house.

Kate was dressed as a 1960's flight attendant. Other guests included Courtney Cox, as a witch, husband David Arquette as a warlock:

Winona Ryder (not pictured) attended as a mouse, but left as a baglady. And according to a source, Gerard Butler apparently went as a manho: "All the girls at the party were lining up to talk to Gerard. He left with two very sexy vampires."

NOT GETTING MARRIED!

Last week Kate Hudson was seen wearing a diamond ring in Boston, so rumors flew that she and on-again boyfriend Owen Wilson were engaged.

Turns out, the ring was for a movie Kate's filming called Bride Wars.

Her rep confirmed that non-news, "She's definitely not engaged."

So everybody calm your asses down.

Off again

Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson broke up again.

A source told PEOPLE they split just before Memorial Day and that, "They're still friends."

They previously broke up last Christmas and reconciled around Valentine's Day so expect them to get back together around the 4th of July.

Looks like Kate Hudson wanted a little more ass-licking from the Butterscotch Stallion. They were seen together in Australia, where Kate is filming a movie called "Fool's Gold."
