Jay-Z is not pleased

As soon as the Chris Brown/Rihanna story hit, everyone's been saying "Ooh, Jay-Z's gonna kill that boy!"

While Jay-Z (Rihanna's mentor and/or ___) hasn't commented publicly on the incident yet, a source told Usweekly that Jay became enraged when he got news of the assault.

According to the source:"He hit the roof. Chris is a walking dead man. He messed with the wrong crew."

Britney doesn't love rock n' roll!

Joan Jett has finally commented on Britney Spears' massacre of "I Love Rock N' Roll" back in 2002.

Joan claims to never have actually heard Britney's version, (Here you go Joan, but don't say I didn't warn you.) but that she didn't get it because Britney is not a rocker.

She says,
"I've never even heard Britney's version. I mean, I've obviously heard about it, but I never understood that whole idea. I mean, people usually cover a song that says something about them, but I doubt she loves rock 'n' roll. Maybe she likes songs."

Joan's right. Although Britney in recent years has exhibited more rock 'n' roll behavior than anyone since Ozzy snorted a line of ants, she does not actually love rock 'n' roll. The whole thing was really just a big misunderstanding.

What happened was Britney heard the Weird Al version, "I Love Rocky Road" and agreed to cover the song based on her love of the tasty treat. Which nobody can argue!

The music nerd in me also feels the need to point out that
Joan's version of "I Love Rock N Roll" is a cover as well. The song was originally written and recorded by a band called The Arrows back in 1975.

Vanilla Ice Is a Wife-beater....Allegedly

All right stop! Collaborate and listen
Ice is back, I've been taken to prison
Last night, I grabbed my wife tightly
Cause she bitched like spazz and pissed me off slightly

Would she ever stop? I didn't know
So I turned off the lights and I beat that ho

Cops came to the scene and took me in like a vandal
I was under pressure, but that's a whole other scandal

Brawl at the Waffle House

Kid Rock was arrested on charges of misdemeanor battery early Sunday morning after getting into an altercation at a..wait for it......Waffle House in DeKalb County, Georgia.

So Kid was chowing on some healthy grub after a show when a man named Harlem DeJon Akins recognized a woman in sitting with him and started speaking with her. Shortly after Kid intervened,a fight broke out between the two men. Five additional men that were with Rock also got involved in the fight which moved from the restaurant to the parking lot but not before a window was broken (by Akins) and maple syrup had gotten everywhere.

After the fight, Kid and his crew took off in their tour bus. The bus was stopped about a mile from the restaurant and Kid and then five men were taken into custody and charged with battery.
He posted a $1000 bond and was released later that day around 5 p.m.

Akins was charged with second-degree criminal damage to property for breaking the window at the Waffle house which was valued at $500. And that there's a felony charge. You don't fuck with the Waffle House!

Jon Gives Brits a Bad Name (I know that makes no sense ok?)

Jon Bon Jovi didn't seem to having such a nice day when during a recent interview for Glamour magazine he went off on, well pretty much every English celebrity.

On Robbie Williams: "Robbie Williams? That guy couldn't even fill a bar. He couldn't sell 500 tickets."

On Oasis (are they even still around?): "Oasis couldn't fill a bar either – and they're full of themselves."

On Pete Doherty: "We're not familiar with Pete Doherty in the US other than his antics and the fact that he's always in trouble – I've never heard a single one of his songs."

On David Beckham: [He is]"past his prime".

Although he maybe should have bit his tongue on the "past his prime" comment (glass houses...), I have to admit, he's right about most of them.

I suggest Jon and David settle this with a good old fashioned duel to determine who is more past their prime. In a mud pit. In my backyard.

Everyone be sure to only refer to him as K-Fed

So K-Fed was on WWE Raw frickin' again last night (Please Vince, it couldn't cost that much to buy out whatever dates he's contracted for!) to promote his gimmick match with John Cena on New Year's Day. He kept saying over and over how he does not want to be called K-Fed anymore and that he wants to only be known as Kevin Federline (watch video) Personally these days, I think he should be thankful if people refer to him as Assmunch Poopypants, so long as they are referring to him at all.

So stupid. This is like when J-Lo wanted to be Jennifer Lopez, and when Puff Daddy wanted to be P. Diddy and then just Diddy, and when Tom Cruise wanted Katie to be Kate. Enough with the stupid "I will now be referred to...." crap, especially when you don't even have the talent to backup your asshatness. Oh, and K-fed, get your damn weasel-face off wrestling bitch! I'd rather look at Snitsky's backne.

In related news - Edge and Orton beating the shit out of DX - HOT!
